Exchanges/Returns

Southern Charm Boutique strives to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and product is inspected prior to being shipped. However, in the event you are not satisfied, you may ship your item to the return address Included on the packing slip for store credit.
Item must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date if item was shipped. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.  Once we receive your item, please allow 5-7 business days for store credit processing. 
Return items must be in original, packaged condition. Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered.

If the item customer received is defective or shipped incorrectly, Southern Charm Boutique will cover shipping costs back to facility, and ensure the correct or undamaged item gets to them.

All Clearance items, Holiday items, Sale items, PreOrder & Custom Order items are not eligible for exchange or return.
